Auditor Advisory Committee

Committee Goals/Mission

The Auditor Advisory Committee is focused on reviewing recent changes in auditing requirements, updating pupil accounting forms and documents, and promoting more consistent auditing practices statewide. Chaired by the Auditors’ Representative, the committee is dedicated to enhancing the quality and uniformity of auditing across the state.

For the 2025-26 school year the committee will continue to focus on creating and updating audit documents to supplement the PAM & PMAM for each area we audit, updating the pupil accounting forms on the MPAAA website and creating subgroups to aid in deeper discussions of these areas.

Your Committee Chairs are Julie Ziesemer, Washtenaw ISD & MPAAA Pupil Auditor Representative, and Shannon Rea, C.O.O.R. ISD & At-Large MPAAA Board Member.
